Premium Domain Transfers for Donuts and Rightside - Now Supported

HEXONET is pleased to announce that on March 18, 2015, Premium Domain Transfers domains from registry operators Donuts and Rightside have been enabled.  Additional other registry operator's Premium Domains will soon be available also.  To process Premium Domain Transfers use the Control Panel (displays the Premium Transfer price) or our API.

The API response will provide the Premium Domain Class to initiate the transfer command below.

New .PARIS Registration Requirement

As of April 1, 2015, all new .PARIS domain registrations will require acceptance of the Terms of Use for .PARIS.  Failure to accept the Terms of Use for .PARIS will prevent the registration and it will NOT be processed.

The API Parameter: X-PARIS-ACCEPT-REGISTRATION-TAC = 1 for new registrations. 

 

AFNIC to Allow MultiYear Registration/Renewals as of April 1, 2015

As of April 1, 2015, AFNIC - the registry operator of .FR (.RE, .PM, .WF, .TF, .YT) will support multiyear registrations and renewals.

 

.INFO Price Increase - May 1, 2015

Afilias announced an increase to the annual price of .INFO domains starting May 1, 2015.

 

.ORG Price Increase - August 1, 2015

PIR announced an increase to the annual price of .ORG domains starting August 1, 2015.

 

.MU Price Increase and Change its Currency - April 1, 2015

Registry Operator of .MU recently notified registrars that they will be changing their currency from EUR to USD as of April 1, 2015 (for .MU, com.MU, net.MU, org.MU, co.MU, or.MU and ac.MU).  Due to this currency change, there will be a slight price increase for .MU Domains.  As of April 1, 2015, the pricing will be as follows:

Restores will no longer be supported for .MU Domains as of April 1, 2015.
